The place had a family atmosphere. I loved the room with a double bed. A lounge and a kitchen area were great.

Had a great stay here during our weekend. The room we booked was airy and modern with a queen bed. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a cooktop. The stuff was courteous and superfriendly all the time.

We stayed at this hotel for our second time as a rest point before heading to the Great Ocean Road. The staff member who checked us in was lovely, and the maintenance people were friendly. The location is great, with two supermarkets nearby for convenience. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen sink, spare blankets, soaps, towels, and even an electric blanket. The amenities like the TV with lots of channels and the modern coffee machine were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fabulous, and the small balcony with an outdoor setting was a nice bonus. it was a great choice for solo travelers or families.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, everything was great here. Everyone was courteous and incredibly welcoming. The property was in a central setting close to everything in Torquay. It was so close to the Esplanade, about 1KM away, as well as the shops and the beach.

During our recent stay at Ingenia Holidays, we found the cabin to be very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the proximity of the park to the main road, making it easy to find and access. The amenities provided, such as the deck for outdoor eating and the jumping pillow and playground for kids, were great for keeping the whole family entertained. Plus, being within walking distance to shops and the beach was a major convenience. we had a pleasant experience and would certainly recommend Ingenia Holidays for a short stay during a quiet season.

We really enjoyed our visit to this place, as we got to explore amazing attractions like Quiksilver and Surf City Plaza that were just a short walk away from here, and it was so convenient to reach the bus stop at Torquay Holiday Resort within 10 minutes.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the beach and a shopping center. The staff were very polite and provided professional service. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, spa, and playground, were great for families with kids.
